Privacy policy

How ReputationKeeper collects and uses personal data when you visit this site, contact us or work with us.

Last updated 20 June 2026.

Who we are

ReputationKeeper is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or on Telegram at @ReputationKeeper.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, work email, your Trustpilot profile or company website, the service you are interested in and any details you choose to share.

When we work together: information about your Trustpilot profile, the reviews involved and related correspondence.

When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Business contacts

We may contact businesses by email about our services. For this we use business contact details from public sources, such as company websites and Trustpilot company pages. Every email lets you opt out, and we will not contact you again if you ask us not to.

How we use your data

We use personal data to reply to enquiries, provide and manage our services, contact businesses about our services, keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. Depending on the situation, we rely on our legitimate interests, on steps you ask us to take before a contract, on the contract itself or on a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, data storage, email delivery and business contact data. They process personal data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record so that we can respect your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to give you a copy. You can object to direct marketing at any time. To make a request, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
